This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship directly related to the services provided by VBF Home, ensuring that any issues arising from our work are addressed promptly and at no additional cost to you.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Defects in materials installed by VBF Home, subject to manufacturer warranties.
- Issues with workmanship performed by VBF Home, such as improper installation or construction errors.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
To protect both our clients and our business, certain conditions and circumstances are excluded from our warranty coverage. VBF Home is not liable for any issues, damages, or legal consequences caused by:
- Customer Misuse or False Use: Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions provided by VBF Home or the manufacturer.
- Self-Modification or Unauthorized Repairs: Any alterations, modifications, or repairs made to the work performed by VBF Home by the customer or a third party without our prior written consent.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Issues stemming from conditions, defects, or damages that existed prior to VBF Home’s involvement and were not altered, addressed, or introduced by our work. This includes, but is not limited to, structural issues, plumbing or electrical problems, or other hidden conditions not identified during our initial assessment.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage due to normal use, aging, or environmental factors beyond our control, such as weathering, fading, or minor settling.
- Acts of Nature or External Forces: Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, vandalism, or other events outside of VBF Home’s control.
Warranty Claims Process:
If you believe an issue is covered under our one-year warranty, please contact us within the warranty period via phone, text, or email, providing a detailed description of the problem and any relevant photos. We will schedule an assessment to determine if the issue is covered under this warranty. If covered, we will repair or replace the defective work at no additional cost to you, subject to the terms outlined above.
