• • 2+ years of remodeling/construction experience.

  • Proof of liability insurance.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

negotiable based on skill, paid per job or weekly via 1099.

• • • Assist with basic remodeling tasks (e.g., demolition, cleanup, prepping materials, painting prep).

    • Support contractors on-site for residential projects (e.g., carrying tools, holding drywall).

    • Learn trade skills under supervision to support VBF Home’s quality standards.

• • • No prior experience required—interest in construction/trades a plus.

    • Enrolled in or recently completed a trade program preferred.

    • Reliable transportation to job sites.

    • Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

$15/hour paid as W-2 part-time.
